About The Opportunity

Medico Workforce operates at the intersection of healthcare and data intelligence, empowering medical staffing agencies and clinical organizations with actionable insights. We build data-driven decision tools that optimize workforce allocation, reduce hiring friction, and improve clinician retention — all through scalable analytics powered by SQL, Python, and modern BI platforms. This role sits at the core of our analytics engine, turning raw hiring, placement, and performance data into strategic assets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Transform complex HR, staffing, and clinical placement datasets into clean, structured formats using SQL and Python for downstream analytics.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to visualize hiring trends, candidate funnels, and workforce performance metrics.
• Partner with product and operations to define KPIs, track experiment outcomes, and quantify impact of staffing optimizations.
• Automate routine reporting using Python scripts or SQL stored procedures to reduce manual effort and improve data freshness.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns — e.g., drop-off points in hiring, regional staffing gaps, or clinician retention drivers.
• Document data models, ETL flows, and dashboard logic to ensure reproducibility and handoff across teams.
