About Kael
Kael is an AI life coach built for people dealing with anxiety, relationship patterns, burnout, and self-sabotage. Unlike generic AI tools, Kael builds a living profile of the user across sessions, identifying behavioral scripts, triggers, and blind spots. Launched on iOS in April 2026, we're in active growth mode and looking for sharp people to help scale.
Role Overview
We're looking for a data analyst who can take their skills into a performance marketing context. You're someone who lives in spreadsheets and dashboard, but you don't just report numbers, you use them to drive decisions on real ad campaigns.
You'll be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and product data, and then directly applying those insights to Meta ad campaigns. The data is the job. The ads are what you do with it.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the data layer for Kael's growth — build and maintain dashboards tracking funnel metrics (installs, trials, conversions, churn, LTV, ROAS)
- Analyze Meta ad performance daily — CTR, CPM, CPA, Thumb-Stop Ratio — identify patterns and make optimization recommendations
- Pull and query production data from Supabase to understand user behavior, drop-off points, and conversion signals
- Translate data findings into campaign decisions — which creatives to scale, which audiences to cut, where the funnel is leaking
- Design and analyze A/B tests across ad creative, audiences, and copy
- Build clean, simple reports that communicate what's happening and why
- Research competitor positioning and benchmark our metrics against industry standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong foundation in data analysis, SQL is a must, comfort with Supabase/Postgres preferred
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling
- Analytical thinker who connects data to decisions, not just data to slides
- Some exposure to Meta Ads or digital marketing metrics is a plus, but we'll teach the ads side if your data skills are sharp
- Ability to work independently, move fast, and communicate findings clearly
- Bonus: experience with mobile app analytics (Appsflyer, App Store Connect, RevenueCat)
