Data Analyst

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Qualification: BBA/MBA/BSC/MSC/BE/ME in CS or IT or Statistics

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Continuous optimization and automation of reporting, further development of reporting tools, and active management of the reporting portfolio
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with headquarters in Germany (Reporting Factory/functional departments)
• Regular preparation of assigned reports, ensuring timely delivery and high quality
• Design and creation of management and operational reports (SAP Business Warehouse, Excel, Access, Power Query, visualization tools, robotics) to support business units
• Providing reporting expertise and consulting for business departments, including assessment of reporting requirements
• Definition, alignment, and development of interactive dashboards using modern visualization tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI)
• Independent management of reporting projects or sub-projects, as well as participation in reporting initiatives

Must have:

• Strong IT affinity and extensive data analysis skills
• Flexibility, initiative, and strong communication skills in English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Access and macro programming
• Willingness to learn both technical aspects of reporting as well as business logics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in reporting or in the finance environment

Additional skills:

• Knowledge of SAP
• German A2-B1 level
