Role Description The Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. In this position, the Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data related to audience engagement, content performance, and leadership topics. The role involves building data models, generating dashboards and reports, and providing actionable insights to support content strategy and business decisions. The Data Analyst will collaborate with content and leadership teams to translate data findings into clear recommendations and help optimize daily content and long-term initiatives. The role also includes presenting results to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner and contributing to continuous improvement of data processes.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities.
  • Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world data.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Modeling and working with relational or analytical data structures.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex analyses in an accessible way.
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is beneficial.
  • Experience with a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
