Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our vibrant and fast-growing Data Analytics team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to begin their career in data analytics and contribute to impactful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various internal and external sources.

• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making across product, credit, and operations.

• Perform basic statistical analysis to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Assist in evaluating product performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting analytical initiatives.

• Participate in A/B testing, performance tracking, and other analytical experiments.

• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending data-backed solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field.

• Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel; working knowledge of Python or R.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to present data insights clearly through reports, charts, and dashboards.
