Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who can collect, process, and interpret data to support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should be skilled in data analysis tools, reporting, and visualization, with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks regularly
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business and operational decisions
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management review
- Use statistical techniques to analyze business data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Present findings in a clear, simple, and actionable manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
- Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
Preferred Skills
- Experience in agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM data handling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple datasets
