Job Description – Data Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Noida (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Transformation Program. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in D365 data migration, ETL, SQL, Power BI, Azure, and data validation activities.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure accurate data migration, reporting, reconciliation, and governance throughout the ERP transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data across Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms (Finance & Operations/Customer Engagement).
• Support end-to-end data migration activities including extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Write optimized SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
• Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Support ETL processes using Azure/SSIS or similar tools.
• Create and maintain mapping documents and business rules.
• Assist in implementing data governance and security standards.
• Troubleshoot data issues and provide analytical insights to business users.
