We are passionate about helping Indians invest better. We manage investments with active oversight to help both sophisticated and new investors build long-term wealth across various market conditions.

What will you do:

This role would be part of Dezerv Investment team. As part of this role, you will help us build Investment Strategies that consistently beat the market. Your primary focus will be in analysing financial data, performing Data Quality checks, statistical analysis, developing financial models and deploying the models into production. An important focus area will be the development of next-generation quant models and decision systems which will enable us to effectively provide recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data driven strategies - Product, Tech, Sales and Marketing.

Must Have skills:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with data extractions, cleaning, feature engineering, pre-processing, data analysis and reporting

- Creating reusable codes using Python/R and SQL

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau

- Basics of Finance & Investing, familiarity with Stock market & Mutual Funds

- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders and take end-to-end ownership

- Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Good to have skills:

- Able to build Machine Learning models and familiar with sklearn, statsmodel

- Experience with Snowflake, AWS Athena/S3 or any other cloud-based platform

- Experience with Database Management frameworks like PostGreSQL or NoSQL DBMS like MongoDb

- Knowledge of version control using Git and Github
