About the Internship

Zeno Talent is inviting applications for its 6-month remote Data Analyst Internship Program, designed for aspiring Data Analysts and Business Intelligence professionals who want strong industry exposure and hands-on experience with real-world data-driven projects.

This internship is structured into two progressive phases, combining intensive training with live project implementation to ensure interns become industry-ready data professionals.

Training Phase (First 3 Months)

• The first three months focus on intensive live training, conducted Monday to Friday, led by industry professionals with 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Science.
• The training curriculum is designed to build a strong analytical foundation and practical expertise required for internship and entry-level Data Analyst roles.
• Training Includes:
• Live instructor-led sessions
• Hands-on assignments and mini-projects
• Data cleaning, data wrangling, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Excel for reporting and dashboards
• Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
• Data visualization using Power BI / Tableau
• Real-time doubt clearing and interactive discussions

Certification:

Upon successful completion of the training phase, interns will receive a Training Certificate from Zeno Talent.

Project Implementation Phase (Next 3 Months)

After completing the training phase, interns will transition into the Project Implementation Phase as official Data Analyst Interns at Zeno Talent.

During this phase, interns will:

• Work on live, real-world data analytics projects
• Analyze business data to generate insights and reports
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations
• Work with structured and semi-structured datasets
• Collaborate with mentors and internal teams
• Contribute to internal analytics tools and client-facing reports

Stipend:

Based on performance and project contribution, interns will receive a stipend of up to 8,000 during this phase.

Mode: 100% Remote

Throughout the internship, interns receive daily mentorship, continuous feedback, and professional guidance to confidently transition into real-world Data Analyst roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on real-world data analysis and reporting projects under mentor supervision
• Collect, clean, and preprocess datasets
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights
• Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Excel
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and progress discussions
• Continuously learn and apply new data analytics tools and techniques

Eligibility Criteria

• Pre-Final Year Students, Final Year Students, Recent Graduates, or Freshers passionate about Data Analytics
• Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Python (preferred)
• Interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making
• Availability to commit full-time (Monday to Friday) for 6 months
