About the Internship
We are offering a hands-on Data Analyst Internship for students and aspiring data professionals who want real-world experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. This is a learning-focused opportunity where you'll work alongside our marketing, sales, and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal intern is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
Assist in gathering data from databases, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online platforms
Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintain structured records and documentation under team guidance
Data Analysis
Help identify trends, patterns, and insights from business data
Support the team in monitoring key performance metrics
Contribute to ad-hoc analysis requests from marketing and sales
Reporting & Visualization
Build basic dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Looker Studio
Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries
Present findings in a clear, beginner-friendly format
Business Support
Assist in analyzing campaign performance and lead generation data
Support process improvement initiatives with data insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on small data projects
Who Can Apply
Students (UG/PG) or recent graduates in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, BBA, or related fields
Career-switchers learning data analytics
Available for at least 15–20 hours per week
Required Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Familiarity with at least one visualization tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio) — even at a beginner level
Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
Coursework or self-learning in Python or R for data analysis
Awareness of digital marketing metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Personal projects, Kaggle work, or a GitHub portfolio
