Role Overview

Seeking a motivated Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and a problem-solving mindset to support data-driven decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, generating insights, and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Define metrics, KPIs, and data frameworks to support business and product decisions.

Build scalable dashboards, reporting solutions and ad-hocs for leadership and business teams.

Use Python (basic to intermediate) for data analysis, automation, and validation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.

Ensure data accuracy through quality checks and validation processes.

Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support ongoing analytics initiatives and continuously improve existing reporting processes.

Communicate insights clearly through presentations, storytelling, and executive-ready summaries.

Required Skills & Experience

23 years of experience in analytics or a related role.

Strong proficiency in SQL.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Basic to intermediate Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy).

Experience with BI or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

Basic understanding of statistics.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
