Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to analyze trends, build reports, and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Automate repetitive data tasks and reporting processes
• Present findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of statistics and predictive modeling
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team
