Data Analyst - Global Procurement & Planning COE

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Analytics & Business Insights

• Lead complex data analysis to identify business opportunities, operational risks, and performance gaps across Revvity's supply chain and customer operations.
• Translate business requirements into analytical models and actionable insights.
• Develop executive dashboards, visualizations, and strategic performance reports.
• Perform predictive, trend, and root-cause analysis to improve operational outcomes.
• Provide recommendations that drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and service-level improvements aligned with Revvity's growth targets.
  
  

Process Mapping & Transformation

• Lead cross-functional efforts to map and optimize end-to-end fulfillment processes across:
• Customer Care
• Logistics & Freight
• Manufacturing
• Procurement & Suppliers
• Commercial Operations
• Identify and deploy process improvements aligned with Revvity's business objectives and e-commerce growth strategies.
• Drive operational standardization and digital transformation initiatives.
  
  

Digital Supply Chain & Technology Enablement

• Support adoption of advanced technologies including:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Machine Learning (ML)
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Advanced Data Analytics
• Digital Supply Chain Solutions
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve visibility, reporting, and decision-making.
• Act as a key user and subject matter expert for analytics platforms and reporting tools within Revvity's technology ecosystem.
  
  

SAP Analytics & Integration

• Develop deep expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes across SAP modules.
• Support data governance, master data quality, and system optimization initiatives.
• Design and improve reporting structures utilizing SAP and enterprise data sources.
  
  

KPI Governance & Performance Management

• Define and manage key operational KPIs across Revvity's supply chain and customer operations.
• Develop measurement frameworks covering:
• Order Fulfillment & Backlog Performance
• Inventory Management
• Logistics Performance
• Customer Service Metrics
• Forecast Accuracy
• Supplier Performance
• Monitor KPI effectiveness and lead continuous improvement activities.
  
  

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a change advocate supporting process and technology adoption across Revvity's global teams.
• Train users on new tools, reports, dashboards, and operating procedures.
• Partner with global stakeholders to drive successful implementation of business initiatives.
• Support projects across multiple geographies and time zones, including Revvity's India operations hub.
  
  

Qualifications


Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
  
  

Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Analytics, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global supply chain or commercial operations — life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable business improvements through analytics.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
• Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytics platforms.
• SQL and data modeling experience.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, RPA, or advanced analytics solutions preferred.
• Understanding of supply chain planning systems and digital transformation initiatives.
