About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Write SQL queries and use Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data used in reports.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience in predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
