Data Analyst For Digital Marketing

• Data analysis and visualization:develop maintain automated reports and dashboards that are accessible to non-technical audiences and help translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Statistical Analysis and Modeling:utilize statistical techniques and data modeling to identify trends, perform predictive analysis, and design experimental frameworks.
• UI/UX design:be a role model for younger engineers in UI/UX design, while staying updated with latest industry trends.
• Project management:drive development of digitalization use cases, so that they are delivered on time, with high quality and within budget, by effectively managing project timelines and interdependencies with other organizations.
• Technical solution ownership:take technical ownership of your developed dashboards, and ensure they meet organizational goals and user requirements. Drive sustaining of your solutions according to customer needs and continuously improve user experience and performance.
• Stakeholder collaboration:act as main point of contact for your project counterparts from business and other central departments, collect requirements and communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to your management.
• Customer-centric innovation:identify opportunities for technical improvements and new technologies that enhance customer satisfaction, while proactively engaging in suggesting and implementing enhancements that directly address customer needs and add value.

Your Profile

• A degree inInformation Technology, Economics,Engineeringor a related field
• More than3 years of relevant work experiencein business or data analysis, especially with customer facing responsibilities
• Great understanding ofdigital solutions, advanced analytics and basic software development principles.
• Great proficiency in Tableau,PowerBI or similar, experience in FE development (eg, with Java/JavaScript) or with concept visualization tools such as Figma is a clear plus.
• Proficiency in UI/UX designwith a good eye for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python, any additional knowledge of programming languages is a plus (eg Scala, Java, Rust),relational and distributed data storages(eg mySQL, HDFS) andsuitable query language(s)(eg SQL).
• Establishedability to manage technical projects.
• Experience in (agile)project managementand tools (eg, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence).
• Analytical, problem-solving mindsetwith the ability to navigate and resolve challenges in a large, dynamic and complex environment while beingsensitive to soft aspects.
• Passionate for new technologiesandentrepreneurial spirit in running technical pilots to shape future solutions.
• Great structure andorganizational skillsand attention to detail.
• Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationshipswith customers and stakeholders at all levels
• Goodverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency inEnglish skills in verbal and written communication; Germanis a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Austria and Germany on an occasional basis
