Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with at least 3 years of experience who has strong analytical thinking and hands-on coding experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive strategic business decisions. You should be comfortable working with databases, writing queries, building dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Write efficient queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models where required.
- Automate data processes and improve existing data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Document data definitions, processes, and analytical methodologies.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Programming experience in Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
