As we continue expanding our analytics and data capabilities in India, we're hiring a Data Analyst to help build and scale data products that support finance, operations, supply chain, and business decision-making globally.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines from SAP S/4HANA into Snowflake.
• Design, model, transform, and optimize business data for analytics and reporting use cases.
• Develop scalable SQL-based data models and semantic layers within Snowflake.
• Support business intelligence initiatives using Power BI dashboards, datasets, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with controllers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Participate in MVP development, testing, UAT, deployment, and continuous enhancement cycles.
• Optimize data warehouse performance and improve data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Work within Jira-driven project environments while collaborating with international teams.
• Validate data outputs against source systems and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support emerging Snowflake AI and analytics initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience building data models, transformations, and analytical datasets.
• Experience with ETL, ELT, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
• Power BI experience including dashboards, reporting, datasets, and visualization development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and understand business requirements.
• Experience working with large datasets across finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with international teams.

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA exposure.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or controlling data experience.
• Snowflake Cortex, AI/ML, or conversational analytics solutions.
• Experience in global enterprise environments.
