Data Analyst

Finkraft.ai is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building GST optimization, invoice reconciliation, and financial intelligence solutions for corporate travel and finance teams.
We're looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys working with data, solving messy problems, and automating repetitive processes using SQL, Python, Excel & AI tools.

What You'll Do
1. Clean, structure, validate, and reconcile structured & unstructured data.
2. Automate data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and reporting using SQL & Python.
3. Perform data analysis and data mining, and identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
4. Use AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude to improve analysis and automate workflows.
5. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems.
6. Work with data from Excel, PDFs, scanned documents, APIs, and other sources.
7. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Growth & Leadership teams.

Requirements

* 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Analysis.
* Strong SQL skills — joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions.
* Good Python skills for data cleaning, analysis & automation.
* Strong Excel skills; VBA/macros are a plus.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar BI tools.
* Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis and productivity.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good to Have
Experience with GST, Tax, Finance, or Compliance data.
Exposure to the Travel industry / invoices / GDS / OTA / TMC data.
Familiarity with OCR and data extraction tools. Preferred: Bangalore Candidates.Interested
