About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical Operations & AI Systems Builder who is passionate about utilizing AI tools to develop, automate, and optimize internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who lives inside AI platforms daily, actively using tools like Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and various automation workflows to execute tasks efficiently. Unlike traditional analyst roles, this position involves hands-on building and deploying AI-powered solutions, enabling rapid iteration and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and growth, to implement AI-driven automation that accelerates operational efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a deep familiarity with AI coding tools and a strong technical problem-solving mindset. They should be comfortable working independently to build products and systems from scratch, demonstrating a proactive approach to challenges. Experience with Next.js and Vercel is essential, along with strong skills in Google Sheets, SQL, and dashboard tools such as Metabase or Looker Studio. A keen eye for detail, high execution speed, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment are critical. Candidates must be self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of leveraging AI tools to figure out solutions independently.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools, automations, and workflows using AI coding agents to streamline operations.
- Utilize AI platforms such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and Cursor daily to develop and troubleshoot systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain websites and operational systems using Next.js and Vercel.
- Handle operational execution tasks, automating repetitive workflows to improve efficiency.
- Write SQL queries, maintain dashboards, and generate reports to monitor key metrics.
- Clean, reconcile, and maintain operational data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop AI-assisted systems for operations, reporting, growth, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build, automate, and optimize growth systems and workflows.
- Support the implementation of tracking, analytics, landing pages, and AI-driven marketing infrastructure.
- Work closely with growth and marketing leads to rapidly ship projects, iterate, and improve AI-powered solutions.
