Job Description

Company Description

FamCare is building India's first AI-enabled safety infrastructure for home caregiving, focused on kids care today and elderly care in the future. The company addresses the challenges of the informal care economy, where lack of reliable systems limits many women's participation in the workforce. FamCare's core product is an AI-powered safety and trust layer that includes in-session audio monitoring, geo-fencing, and a dedicated Command Center that oversees every caregiving session in real time. All caregivers are thoroughly background-verified and trained through FamCare Academy to ensure consistent quality and safety. By creating an operating system for trust in home care, FamCare enables working couples and caregivers to balance professional ambitions with family safety more confidently.

Role Description

The Data Analyst role at FamCare is a full-time position based in Bengaluru. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from caregiving sessions, AI monitoring tools, and operational systems to generate actionable insights for product, operations, and leadership. Daily activities include building dashboards, preparing reports, and developing data models to track safety incidents, caregiver performance, and user engagement. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design metrics, support experiments, and improve decision-making across the organization. The Data Analyst will also help maintain data quality, document analytical processes, and communicate findings in clear, concise formats for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
