Role overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented data analyst to support the integrity and accuracy of regulatory datasets — including Sanctions and PEP lists. You will work at the intersection of data quality, AI/ML validation, and compliance operations to ensure our regulatory data is complete, timely, and fit for purpose.
Responsibilities
· Regulatory monitoring — Continuously track authoritative data sources for new or updated listings across Sanctions, PEP, and related regulatory categories.
· AI/ML output validation — Verify, validate, and quality-assure data generated through AI and ML pipelines to ensure correctness and completeness.
· Manual data construction — Source and build structured datasets from unstructured inputs where automated methods are insufficient.
· Data structuring support — Assist in implementing solutions that convert unstructured content into structured, usable information.
· Testing & QA — Design test cases and scenarios for new features; execute release-cycle testing and document outcomes.
· Change tracking — Monitor structural changes to data and maintain awareness of events that may impact data integrity, products, or customers.
· Bug & fix management — Track change requests and bug fixes through to resolution, ensuring full implementation.
· Periodic controls — Execute scheduled reviews and controls in line with defined processes and SLAs.
· MI & reporting automation — Maintain management information on schedule and support automation of MI and reporting workflows.
· Weekly status reports — Publish regular activity reports covering the status of each regulatory list under responsibility.
· Daily task reporting — Provide concise daily updates on task progress and blockers.
· Ad-hoc team support — Flex into team needs as required, including cross-functional assistance during peak periods.
