About the Role

F6 IT Services Private Limited is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting activities.

The selected intern will work on assigned data-related tasks and projects under the guidance of the team. This opportunity is intended for candidates who want to develop practical experience in analyzing real-world data and converting data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and preprocess datasets from various sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Analyze datasets using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
• Create dashboards, charts, and reports to communicate data insights.
• Use tools such as Python, Pandas, NumPy, Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn where appropriate.
• Identify data quality issues and assist in resolving inconsistencies.
• Assist with business and data-driven analysis projects.
• Document analysis methods, assumptions, findings, and recommendations.
• Present analytical findings clearly to the team.
• Support the team in preparing regular data reports and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of data analytics concepts.
• Familiarity with Excel and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Python is preferred.
• Understanding of basic statistics and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to work with datasets and identify trends and patterns.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on assigned data analytics tasks.
