EZData Advisory is looking for a Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about working with data, solving business problems, and building insightful dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful analytics solutions.

You will work closely with business users, analysts, and data engineers to deliver reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and data-driven insights.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
• Gather and understand reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Develop and track KPIs and business metrics
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business decisions
• Document business logic, metrics, and reporting definitions
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with large datasets
• Good understanding of reporting, KPIs, and business metrics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Looker
• Basic Python knowledge for data analysis
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Understanding of data modeling concepts
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
