Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using large-scale databases (Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through regular monitoring, validation, and cleansing processes.
- Manage and optimize data repositories for efficient storage, access, and usage.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Utilize CRM data to generate insights that support decision-making and customer engagement strategies.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategy and performance improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and Google BigQuery.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and database management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of SQL and Python/R for data analysis.
- Experience in ETL processes and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
