About the Role

Drive portfolio performance through analytics, strategy, and business ownership. Work across

Collections, Data, Product, and Operations to optimize recovery outcomes using data-driven

decision making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own performance tracking and analysis for collections portfolios.
2. Support onboarding of new accounts and allocations.
3. Analyze portfolio performance across segments, DPD buckets, and channels.
4. Build dashboards and automated reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
5. Drive weekly and monthly business reviews with actionable recommendations.
6. Partner with Operations, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams.
7. Validate allocation logic, revenue calculations, and reporting outputs.
8. Perform ad-hoc analyses and strategy evaluations to improve recoveries.

What We're Looking For

1. 2–5 years in Analytics, Collections, Lending, Fintech, or Business Operations.
2. Strong SQL and Excel skills; Python preferred.
3. Experience with large datasets, dashboards, and analytical frameworks.
4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Collections, credit risk, or portfolio analytics experience is a plus.
