We're expanding our data function and looking for a Data Analyst to support analytics, reporting, and insights across multiple projects.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Build dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
• Assist in improving data processes and workflows

• 1–5 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and any BI tool (Power BI / Tableau)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
