Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Descriptive & Diagnostic Analysis: Provide actionable insights, trend and variance analyses across product lines (cross-sell, collections, etc.).
- Stakeholder Support: Assist business stakeholders by performing data pulls and basic manipulations to help derive operational insights.
- Reporting Automation: Identify recurring data/reporting needs and collaborate with the Tableau team to build dashboards and automate reports.
- Cross-functional Insights: Translate product/function-specific requests to reusable formats for broader application across teams.
- Business–Modeling Interface: Act as a key liaison between business teams and data science/modeling teams to refine machine learning models with real-time insights and usage feedback.
