This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst located in Bhubaneswar. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. Daily tasks include creating data models, conducting statistical analyses, preparing reports, and effectively communicating data insights to various stakeholders. The role requires a strong focus on identifying trends, solving problems, and presenting actionable recommendations.

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics
• Strong understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling
• Effective Communication skills to convey insights to diverse stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in data tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
