We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Cleaning:

• Collect and clean data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
• Identify and address data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Perform exploratory data analysis to discover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations.

1. Reporting and Visualization:

• Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop visualizations that effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
