Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex analytics requests and custom reporting needs.
- Lead documentation of data models, business logic, and system relationships.
- Mentor junior analysts and establish quality standards across analytics deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including BetterUp Analytics, to resolve technical issues.
- Design and implement AI-assisted analytical workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct monthly calibration sessions and quality reviews to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-priority analytical requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (Vitally).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert complex data into clear insights.
- Proven experience in mentoring or leading analysts.
- Exposure to AI-assisted analytics workflows is a plus.
