Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst based in Chennai. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes. Daily tasks include performing data modeling, preparing statistical reports, identifying trends or insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Collaboration with various teams to ensure data-driven strategies and solutions is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively present insights
• Proficient in tools and platforms such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R (preferred but not mandatory)
• Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in financial analytics or similar domains is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 Yrs in NBFC sectors specific in MFI would be a added advantage
• Flair with numbers and data cleansing and providing Insights
• Eager to drive and present insights from any data given
