Job Title: Data Analyst and Scrum Master-AVP
Experience: 10-13 Years
Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
The Loan IQ Consultant will provide technical leadership and support across project deliverables, collaborating closely with Application and Infrastructure teams. The role will be responsible for driving the execution of technical activities throughout the development, testing, and implementation phases, while proactively contributing value across all project obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
  1. Stakeholder Management
    Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where Data Solutions can effectively support and drive their objectives.
  2. Centralized Demand Management
    Manage incoming requests through a centralized intake process, ensuring all demand-such as projects, BAU requests, and product ideas-is captured within a consolidated Book of Work. Ensure each request includes the necessary information for proper evaluation and maintain a comprehensive view of ongoing initiatives and resource allocation.
  3. Prioritization and Planning
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess and prioritize requests, balancing competing demands across teams. Evaluate resource capacity, budgets, and timelines to determine feasible deliverables and identify the optimal mix of initiatives.
  4. Agile Work Management
    Facilitate agile delivery by managing incremental deliverables and maintaining centralized visibility of project information. Proactively identify and address issues, manage changes effectively, and ensure alignment across teams.
  5. Dependency Management
    Identify and monitor dependencies across programs, projects, BAU activities, and applications. Develop a clear understanding of interrelationships to minimize risks and optimize delivery outcomes.
  6. Risk Management
    Track potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to reduce delivery disruptions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to identify critical path impediments and proactively resolve them.
  7. Reporting and Portfolio Insights
    Develop and maintain work plans, tracking mechanisms, and reporting dashboards to provide visibility into portfolio performance. Deliver actionable insights to monitor the health and progress of data products and services.
Qualifications
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities where data solutions can add value.
  2. Manage and streamline incoming demand through a centralized intake process, ensuring all project requests, BAU tasks, and product ideas are captured and maintained in a consolidated Book of Work.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business value, resource capacity, and budget constraints while balancing competing demands across teams.
  4. Lead Agile work management by coordinating incremental deliveries, maintaining transparency across teams, and proactively addressing issues, changes, and delivery risks.
  5. Identify, monitor, and manage dependencies across programs, projects, BAU activities, and applications to ensure smooth delivery and minimize disruptions.
  6. Track and mitigate risks by identifying potential impediments early, resolving blockers on the critical path, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, work plans, and dashboards that provide clear visibility into the health, progress, and performance of data products and services.
  8. Develop strong domain knowledge in banking and financial products including Loans & Leases, Deposits, Letters of Credit, Payments, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Options & Futures, and Fixed Income Securities.
  9. Partner with business stakeholders and clients to understand workflows and data requirements, translating them into functional specifications for data products and leading the discovery process for prioritized initiatives.
  10. Support data governance and product development by contributing to a business data catalog, maintaining living specifications for data products, analyzing upstream data dependencies, implementing data quality checks, and generating actionable insights.
