Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to drive data analysis, reporting, and insight generation across marketing and sales projects.

The role involves working closely with the Account Management and Performance teams to analyze campaign performance, build dashboards, track KPIs, and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets and contributing to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced Martech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data using Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas and gspread
  • Collect, clean, validate, and structure data from multiple marketing platforms
  • Perform full-funnel marketing analytics to evaluate customer journeys from awareness to conversion
  • Create and maintain dashboards for platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, and Shopify
  • Use tools such as Google Data Studio / Looker Studio or Power BI to visualize performance metrics
  • Track KPIs across campaigns and provide insights to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives and reporting needs
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Maintain data documentation and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Stay updated on trends in data analytics, Martech, and performance marketing

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA (Analytics/IT), BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), BSc/MSc (Statistics/Data Science), or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or similar role
  • Working knowledge of Python and data analysis concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Data Studio or similar visualization tools
  • Basic understanding of SQL and databases
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, funnel analysis)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
