Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be eager to learn data analysis techniques to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
• Assist in creating and maintaining databases and data models.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with different teams to understand business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
• Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Understanding of business reporting and KPIs.
