Job Description
Role Purpose:
To support the secured lending business by developing, managing, and optimizing MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. The role will ensure timely and accurate data availability for decision-making across sales, credit, collections, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- MIS Development & Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business MIS reports on disbursements, lead funnel, sourcing performance, TAT, and productivity metrics.
- Track business KPIs and SLAs across sales, credit, and operations.
- Data Management & Accuracy:
- Maintain databases with high accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources (CRM, LMS, core systems).
- Business Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales trends, geography/branch-wise performance, and product-level insights.
- Assist in preparing dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Automation & Efficiency:
- Automate repetitive reports and processes using Excel Macros, Power Query, or Python (if applicable).
- Collaborate with the IT/Data team to streamline data fetching and storage.
- Cross-Functional Support:
- Coordinate with product, credit, risk, and collections teams to align on reporting requirements.
- Support ad-hoc data requirements for business planning, audits, or regulatory submissions.
