Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 8–10 years of expertise to work in a data-driven, research-oriented environment. The candidate will collaborate closely with Data Science and business teams to build insights, develop scalable data solutions, and enable data-led decision making.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in cloud-based analytics platforms, data engineering, and advanced analytical techniques with a strong focus on Azure technologies.
Key Skills & Experience- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics / Data Engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Python
- SQL
- Data Analysis & Data Exploration
- Data Visualization Tools
- Strong working experience in Azure Cloud technologies:
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure Databricks
- PySpark / Python
- Familiarity with AWS ecosystem:
- Amazon Redshift
- Amazon RDS
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile and multi-project environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, clean, and organize raw data to generate meaningful business insights
- Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data systems
- Understand business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Prepare datasets for predictive and prescriptive analytics use cases
- Develop analytical models, prototypes, and reusable frameworks
- Integrate and consolidate data from multiple heterogeneous sources
- Collaborate with Data Science teams for advanced analytics initiatives
- Ensure continuous improvement through Agile methodologies and iterative development
