CVSS Data Analyst
Position Summary
The CVSS Data Analyst supports Vehicle System Synthesis leadership by providing technical data analysis, competitive benchmarking, and cross-functional information management. This role enables faster decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support vehicle development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive benchmarking studies, vehicle comparisons, technical assessments, and trend analysis.
- Support urgent leadership requests by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing technical information across VSS, VEPE, and engineering organizations.
- Maintain and analyze key CVSS data including annual trip plans, validation activities, benchmarking plans, resource utilization, and program metrics.
- Develop dashboards, reports, executive summaries, and presentation materials for leadership reviews.
- Consolidate information from multiple organizations into a single source of truth to support planning, issue resolution, and decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities across programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to summarize complex technical information for leadership audiences.
- Experience with automotive product development, validation, benchmarking, or vehicle engineering preferred.

- Reduced response time to technical information requests.
- Improved visibility of benchmarking and vehicle synthesis activities.
- Accurate and timely reporting of VSS plans, metrics, and program status.
- Enhanced decision-making through data-driven insights and executive-level reporting.
