Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip aspiring data analysts with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the field.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for aspiring data analysts.
Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to trainees.
Stay updated on industry trends and tools to incorporate into training.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-12 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or related fields.
Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in training or teaching is a plus.
