Data AI Leader

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a high-performing Data & AI Engineering organization within the Hyderabad GCC, including operating models, engineering practices, hiring strategies, and leadership pipelines.
• Define and drive enterprise data architecture, governance, and modernization strategy for scalable, cloud-native data platforms.
• Lead development of resilient, secure, cost-efficient data pipelines and enterprise-wide data reliability, observability, lineage, and data quality initiatives.
• Drive enterprise AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including LLM applications, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Establish best-in-class engineering practices across CI/CD, testing automation, MLOps, DevSecOps, AI observability, and platform reliability while operationalizing AI responsibly with governance and compliance.

Skills Required:

• 15 - 25 years of relevant experience in data engineering and AI/GenAI platform delivery
• CI/CD practices for production delivery and engineering excellence.
• Data Engineering leadership, including scalable pipeline development and enterprise data modernization.
• Gen AI and LLM solution development and operationalization in enterprise environments.
• GCC operating model experience and ability to lead globally distributed teams.

Good to Have:

• AWS Cloud, Python, MLOps, and Snowflake experience for building and scaling data and AI platforms.

Education: Any Graduation
