Role Overview
Data & AI Lead will be have to accelerate engineering productivity and build AI-powered features across Croma's digital platform, including LLM-based search, recommendations, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead adoption of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) across the engineering team
- Build AI-powered automation workflows: automated code review, test case generation, documentation generation
- Design and develop LLM-based features: AI-powered search, product recommendations, and personalisation
- Build RAG pipelines using Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone)
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for repeatable, production-grade LLM interactions
- Monitor AI feature performance in production; implement feedback loops and model improvement pipelines
