Job Title: Dashboard Analyst
Duration: Contract/Full Time
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days only

Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Development:
- Design, build, and implement a Cyber Operations dashboard to replace the current manual dashboard/PowerPoint reporting
- Requirements Gathering:
- Research and document all existing data sources, workflows, and processes used in the current reporting method
- Automation:
- Define what automated means in the context of Cyber Ops reporting
- Develop a dashboard that automatically pulls and aggregates data from multiple cyber-related sources, including (but not limited to) firewall, endpoint, router, and vulnerability management systems
- Incorporate automated escalation notifications, alerts, and key highlights into the dashboard
- Data Integration and Storage:
- Identify and configure storage for incoming datapotentially SharePoint, or other platforms as needed
- Tooling:
- Likely leverage Power BI (or a similar data visualization platform) to build the new dashboard
- Knowledge Transfer and Support:
- Provide documentation and light post-production support following go-live
- Collaboration:
- Work with senior engineers, cyber analysts, and leadership to ensure accuracy, usability, and long-term sustainability of the dashboard
Qualifications:
- Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI preferred)
- Understanding of data flows, automation concepts, and multi-source data integration
- Basic familiarity with cybersecurity data (firewall, endpoint, vulnerability, routing data) a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in Cyber Operations and willingness to learn existing data workflows
