Responsibilities

Develop and implement dance curriculum for students of various ages and skill levels.
Conduct dance classes focusing on technique, creativity, and performance.
Prepare students for dance recitals and competitions.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages self-expression and teamwork.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff for events and programs.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in various dance styles (e.g., ballet, contemporary, hip-hop).
Strong understanding of dance techniques and choreography.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their potential.
Knowledge of dance history and theory.
Certification in dance or education is a plus.
