Role Objective

The Dairy Nutrition Research Lead will drive cattle feed R&D initiatives, develop innovative nutritional solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product effectiveness and field performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning & Research

• Drive cattle feed R&D initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Conduct pan-India market surveys on feed performance
• Review scientific literature and identify innovation opportunities

2. Execution & Development

• Develop new feed solutions through product and process innovation
• Evaluate feed performance and recommend improvements
• Plan and execute research trials at cattle farms
• Disseminate research findings and support implementation

3. Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with Nutrition, Technical, and Sales teams
• Provide technical support on field and commercial challenges
• Conduct internal capability-building and training programs

4. Leadership & Team Management

• Manage research projects and ensure timely delivery
• Foster innovation, scientific rigor, and a high-performance culture

Qualifications & Experience

• Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition (Mandatory)
• 05 years of experience in dairy/cattle nutrition research

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of cattle nutrition
• Understanding of dairy industry trends
• Research and analytical capability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
