Dairy Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the dairy processing unit, ensuring smooth and efficient production workflows.
• Supervise milk collection, pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and FSSAI quality standards.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production, procurement, and quality control activities.
• Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams for timely sourcing and distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
• Assist in process improvement and optimization initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
