A Techno-Functional Consultant for D365 Finance & Operations should have strong technical development (X++, SQL, integrations) with functional processes (Finance, SCM, Production). Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, FDD creation, customizing workflows, managing data, and optimizing system performance for manufacturing and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Functional Expertise: Configure and support D365 F&O modules, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and Production control.
- Technical Development: Customize and extend D365 F&O using X++, develop reports using SSRS/Power BI, and design integrations (OData, DIXF, Azure Logic Apps).
- Industry Alignment: Tailor ERP workflows to meet the specific requirements of the ready-mix/cement industry, including production planning, quality management, and raw material management.
- Implementation & Support: Lead or participate in full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
- Documentation: Create Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (often 5+ years) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and customization.
- Technical: Strong knowledge of X++, C#, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
- Functional: Strong understanding of Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) and Supply Chain management.
