Job Summary
We are seeking a D365 Technical Manager to lead the technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role requires deep expertise in D365 architecture, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to manage complex customizations, reporting, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE) technical implementations
- Design and develop solutions using X++, C#, Power Platform, and Azure
- Manage and optimize BYOD (Bring Your Own Database) for reporting and analytics needs
- Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports (standard & custom)
- Oversee integrations using OData, REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Service Bus
- Lead data migration, data management, and performance tuning activities
- Manage code reviews, deployments, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor and manage a team of D365 developers and technical consultants
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE)
- Strong hands-on expertise in X++, BYOD, and SSRS reporting
- Experience with customizations, extensions, and integrations
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, LCS, and Power Platform
- Strong understanding of D365 architecture and data models
- Proven experience in a technical lead or manager role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
