Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) WMS Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Warehouse Management solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The candidate should possess strong expertise in warehouse business processes, inventory management, logistics, and end-to-end SCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead D365 SCM WMS implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure Warehouse Management processes including inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, wave processing, and mobile device workflows.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with D365 capabilities.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
• Support UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support to business users.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) SCM Module.
• Hands-on expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Knowledge of Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Processing, Transportation, and Logistics.
• Experience with:Location directives
• Work templates
• Wave processing
• Cycle counting
• Batch & serial tracking
• Quality management
• Mobile device configuration
• Experience in end-to-end D365/F&O implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Processes.
• Experience with integrations, Power Platform, and reporting tools.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
