Job location: Gurugram/Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in implementing and configuring D365 Supply Chain Management modules, understand business processes, and deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in D365 Supply Chain Management implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using D365 SCM capabilities.
• Configure and customize modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Production Control, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Finance, Sales, and other modules.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Overall 6 years of experience, including 3+ years in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, production, logistics).
• Hands-on experience with D365 SCM modules and related configurations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, integrations, and data migration strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (preferred).
