D365 & Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, test, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Build and customize Model-Driven Power Apps using Dataverse.
• Develop complex Power Automate Cloud Flows for workflow automation and business processes.
• Design and develop Custom Connectors for integrations with external systems such as Salesforce.
• Develop PCF components and JavaScript Web Resources to extend Model-Driven Apps.
• Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL Server, Blob Storage, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.
• Work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.
• Manage, optimize, and govern Power Platform environments, solutions, security, and deployments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable low-code/no-code solutions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare PDDs, process documentation, technical documentation, and executive summaries.
• Apply BPMN/process modelling techniques to understand and improve business workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coach and mentor users/team members on Power Platform solutions and best practices.
• Contribute to Power Platform architecture, governance, continuous improvement, and engineering strategy.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Model-Driven Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Expertise in Custom Connectors and data integrations.
• Hands-on experience with PCF and JavaScript Web Resources.
• Good knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL Server, Blob Storage, Microsoft 365, and other systems.
• Experience managing Power Platform environments, ALM, governance, and deployments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in coaching/mentoring users or team members is preferred.
• Knowledge of BPMN and business process modelling is an advantage.
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.

Education:

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
