Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 NAV / Business Central implementation projects

• Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)

• Configure and support Manufacturing, SCM, Warehouse, and Finance modules

• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for customization and integration

• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful project delivery

• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user training+
